Covert entry and close-quarters specialist. Exceptional mobility — climbing, dropping, crossing ground that has no route across it — and a working proficiency with bladed weapons that predates any federal interest in him.
The affiliation on his record is severed on paper. Whether it is severed in practice is a question the Program has apparently decided not to ask while he remains useful. He entered the Program through a prosecution that was never filed, and the terms of that arrangement are not in this file.
On operations he is the one who is already inside. He does not wait for the plan to resolve and he does not report his position. This is the source of both his value and the incident in Section 5 of the Gutter Key report.
He is honest to the point of injury. Asked whether he had abandoned a wounded operator at the extraction point, he said yes, without qualification, and did not offer a reason beyond the one that was true. TRIAGE's assessment records this as creditable, which is its own kind of remark.
