Protective detail before the Program, and it shows in everything except the part that should matter most. He is disciplined, physically fearless, and reliably the first operator to reach the objective.
On Gutter Key he neutralized one ritual participant from the catwalk, triggered the sprinkler system that extinguished the ritual candles, and with the team lead ended the remaining two. The ritual failed because of what he did. That is not in dispute and the reporting agent does not dispute it.
What is in the file is the cost of that focus: a declined request for supporting fire while another operator was pinned in close combat, and a flashbang spent on the anomaly rather than on the two hostiles pursuing a wounded teammate. The report names this target fixation and stops short of naming anything else.
There is unresolved conflict between BULWARK and TRIAGE dating to a previous operation. Neither has put the substance of it in writing. The reporting agent has flagged it as requiring resolution before the two operate together again, and has also flagged that his own reading of BULWARK's conduct may be coloured by it.
He may or may not have carried TRIAGE out of that factory. He has not said.
